Eligibility for returns & replacement

  • Customers have the right to return or replace any purchased items within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, or damaged, or if an incorrect product was received.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including original packaging, unused, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items are not eligible for return or replacement if products have been used or damaged by the customer.

Process

  1. Record: To initiate the return process, make a video of unboxing which will help the team identify whether you received a damaged, defective or invalid order.
  2. Initiation: Message our customer support on WhatsApp support number +91-8506967289 with your order details and the issue (defective, damaged, or incorrect item) and share the unboxing video.
  3. Approval: Await confirmation and approval from our team. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Shipping: Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by www.vedantshree.com to your return package and drop it off at the designated shipping centre.
  5. Refund:
    • For eligible products returned within the 7-day return window, Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your account instead of a refund to the original payment method.
    • If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, a full Store Credit refund will be issued upon successful processing of the return.
    • Partial returns of an order will result in a partial Store Credit being issued for the value of the specific product(s) returned.
  6. Replacement: If the customer has chosen a replacement, it will be shipped once we have received the product. We generally ship within 4 days from the date of receiving the product.
