Product availability, specifications and offerings may change without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Website or placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law; and

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

  • Minor natural variations shall not ordinarily be treated as defects.
  • Measurements and weights may have reasonable variations where the nature of the product requires it.
  • Product availability is subject to stock and operational constraints.

4. GEMSTONE, RUDRAKSHA AND SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS

Products sold by Vedant Shree are offered in the context of traditional Vedic, astrological, spiritual and cultural beliefs and practices.

Vedant Shree does not guarantee that the use or possession of any gemstone, Rudraksha, crystal, Yantra, Vastu product, energised product or other spiritual product will:

  • Cure or prevent any disease or medical condition;
  • Improve physical or mental health;
  • Guarantee financial gain or wealth;
  • Guarantee success in business, career, education or employment;
  • Guarantee marriage, reconciliation or relationship outcomes;
  • Remove any particular problem or obstacle;
  • Alter a person's destiny or circumstances;
  • Produce any particular spiritual, astrological or material result.

Our products are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Customers should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

5. ASTROLOGY AND CONSULTATION SERVICES

Astrology consultations, recommendations, readings, predictions and related services provided by Vedant Shree are based on traditional astrological systems and interpretations.

Such services are intended for guidance, informational and spiritual purposes only.

Astrological opinions, predictions or recommendations are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

Vedant Shree does not guarantee any particular result from an astrology consultation, remedy, gemstone recommendation, Rudraksha recommendation or other astrological guidance.

Customers remain solely responsible for decisions made based on any consultation or recommendation.

6. ORDER PLACEMENT

An order placed through the Website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product or service.

An order shall be considered accepted only when Vedant Shree confirms the order, processes the order or dispatches the product, as applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

  • The product is unavailable;
  • There is an apparent pricing or listing error;
  • The information provided by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
  • Delivery to the provided location is not possible;
  • We reasonably believe that the order violates these Terms; or

If an order is cancelled by Vedant Shree after payment has been received, any refund legally due shall be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, duties or other charges may apply depending upon the destination and nature of the order.

We accept payment methods made available on the Website, which may include online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, local charges or other government levies imposed by the destination country.

Vedant Shree is not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs arising from customs clearance or destination-country requirements.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY

COD may be available for eligible locations, products and order values at our discretion.

COD availability may be restricted or withdrawn for certain customers, locations, products or orders.

Customers placing COD orders agree to accept delivery and make the applicable payment at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restriction or withdrawal of COD availability for future orders.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Vedant Shree provides domestic and international shipping subject to product availability, destination, courier availability and applicable laws.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Website are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other required information.

Vedant Shree shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. REFUSAL OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, the customer is expected to accept delivery.

Refusal, rejection or non-acceptance of a shipment by the customer does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Where a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, Vedant Shree may:

  • Recover applicable shipping, return-shipping and handling costs;
  • Deduct such costs from any amount legally refundable; and/or
  • Decline future COD orders from the customer.

For COD orders, refusal or non-acceptance of delivery shall not create any right to a refund since no payment has been collected.

11. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Vedant Shree does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, dissatisfaction with astrological results, or any reason other than a qualifying product defect or damage.

A return/replacement may be considered only where the product is received:

  • Damaged;
  • Broken;
  • Defective; or
  • Materially different from the product ordered.

The customer must notify Vedant Shree within the period specified in the applicable return instructions or customer support communication and provide appropriate photographic/video evidence of the product and packaging when requested.

The product may be subject to inspection before a replacement is approved.

Where the claim is accepted, Vedant Shree will provide a replacement of the affected product or an appropriate equivalent remedy, subject to availability and applicable law.

Cash refunds are not ordinarily provided under this policy.

Where a qualifying damaged/defective product is approved for return or replacement, Vedant Shree shall bear the applicable return and replacement shipping cost.

12. CONDITIONS FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS

Customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Where possible, customers should record an unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, packaging and product.

Damage claims may be rejected where:

  • The damage was caused after delivery;
  • The product has been altered, repaired or modified;
  • The product has been misused or improperly handled;
  • The product has been intentionally damaged;
  • Required evidence is not provided;
  • The claim is fraudulent; or
  • The issue constitutes normal characteristics or natural variation of the product.

The final determination regarding whether a product qualifies for replacement shall be made by Vedant Shree after reasonable examination of the claim, subject to applicable law.

13. CUSTOMISED AND ENERGISED PRODUCTS

Products that are customised, personalised, made-to-order, specially prepared, energised, consecrated, engraved or otherwise specifically prepared for a customer may be subject to additional restrictions on cancellation, return and replacement.

Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, such products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or refund.

14. NO REFUND POLICY

Except where a refund is required under applicable law, all sales are final.

No refund shall ordinarily be provided for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Incorrect product selection;
  • Personal preference;
  • Failure to follow product instructions;
  • Failure to achieve an expected spiritual or astrological outcome;
  • Failure to achieve a personal, financial, professional, health, relationship or other desired result;
  • Refusal or non-acceptance of delivery;
  • Delay caused by circumstances outside Vedant Shree's reasonable control; or
  • Any other reason not expressly covered under the applicable replacement policy.

15. CONSULTATION CANCELLATION AND SERVICE FEES

Astrology consultations and other scheduled services are subject to the appointment terms communicated at the time of booking.

Once a consultation or service has been scheduled, prepared or delivered, the applicable service fee shall generally be non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where Vedant Shree expressly agrees otherwise.

Vedant Shree may reschedule a consultation where required due to the unavailability of the consultant or other operational reasons.

16. CERTIFICATES AND AUTHENTICITY

Where a product is advertised as accompanied by a certificate or laboratory report, the applicable certificate/report shall relate to the product supplied as specified by Vedant Shree.

A certificate may describe characteristics such as identification, origin, treatment or other attributes depending upon the laboratory and type of product.

Customers should review the product listing and certificate details before purchasing.

No certificate shall be interpreted as a guarantee of any spiritual, astrological, medical, financial or other outcome.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
